The Central Elizabeth Lions Club are the proud sponsors of the Elizabeth Forward High School Leo Club for students 9th thru 12th grade
The Central Elizabeth Township Lions will be hosting the Charter ceremony for the Elizabeth Forward High School Leo Club at the Central Volunteer Fire Department Social Hall on route 48 in Elizabeth Township on October 17, 2011.
The cost is Fifteen Dollars per person and it will include buffet dinner at 6:30 pm.
Dinner Entrees
- Texas BBQ … Tender Brisket of Beef braised in a molasses based BBQ sauce ,Sliced and presented in its own cooking liquid
- Penne Pasta with fresh marinara with Michael’s Home made fresh Marinara sauce
- Chicken Marsala
- Hot Sausage : Imported Hot sausage ,smothered with peppers& onions served on fresh Breadworks Roll
- Meatballs Rosetti : Meatballs, drowned in Marinara sauce, to accompany the Penne pasta
- Fresh Tossed greens: A mixture of California spring mix and head lettuce, sliced cucumbers, tomato wedges, baby carrots &corn ears, sliced black olives, Bermuda onions(on the side) and pepperocinis
- Fresh buttered green beans: Fresh cleaned and snipped beans straight from the strip, diced red peppers, salt, pepper, and butter finish off this dish
- Fresh assortment of Breadworks rolls and butter
